Who We Are
Gentle Caring Mind Healthcare was founded by a dynamic first-generation immigrant couple who bring a unique blend of expertise, leadership, and passion to the fields of healthcare and social services.
One of the founders is a registered nurse with nearly three decades of hands-on experience and holds the titles of Director of Nursing, Clinical Administrator, and Licensed Assisted Living Director. Their extensive clinical background ensures the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.
The other founder holds an MBA in Executive Management and brings close to two decades of managerial expertise, leading the strategic vision and organizational growth of the company.
Together, they combine clinical excellence with strong executive leadership to deliver reliable, compassionate, and community-focused healthcare solutions.

Our Mental Health and Relocation/Moving Home Minnesota programs are available for adults 18 years and older. All the other programs are available to individuals of all ages. We are committed to inclusive, culturally responsive care.
The Relocation and Moving Home Minnesota program is a transitional support program for Minnesota residents enrolled in the Medical Assistance program moving from a qualified institutional care into the community. It emphasizes person-directed planning.
