Medication Management Program

Our qualified clinicians evaluate symptoms, prescribe or adjust medications when appropriate, monitors effectiveness and side effects, and provides ongoing education and support to help patients use their medications safely and effectively as part of their overall treatment plan.

Medication Management will be used to support treatments for the following conditions:

Depression
Anxiety disorders
Bipolar disorder
Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders
Trauma-related conditions
ADHD and other attention disorders
Medication is not always required and is only recommended when clinically appropriate.
In-Person & Telehealth Appointments

During medication management visits, clients may receive:

A psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
Review of mental health symptoms and treatment progress
Prescription of psychiatric medications when appropriate
Medication adjustments based on response and side effects
Ongoing monitoring for effectiveness and safety
Education about medications, including benefits and possible side effects
Support with medication adherence
Coordination with therapists, primary care providers, and pharmacies
